Terms & Conditions

— All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include any applicable taxes where required by law.

— Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and Link.

— An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

— We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

— Delivery times and shipping costs are listed on our Shipping page.

— We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

— Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

— Import duties and local taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

— Under Norwegian and EU consumer law (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

— To exercise this right, notify us by email at hello@scandijapandi.no before the 14-day period expires.

— Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

— We will refund the full order value including original shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

— Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

— Custom, personalised, or perishable items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
