— All shipments to Japan include tracking and door-to-door delivery.
— Import duties and Japanese consumption tax (10%) may be charged by customs upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
— For orders over JPY 10,000, customs clearance is handled by DHL on your behalf.
— A commercial invoice with accurate product value is included with every shipment as required by Japanese customs law.

Returns & exchanges
— We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
— To initiate a return, email hello@scandijapandi.no with your order number.
— Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
— Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
— Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.
